Windsor Laser Eye Institute

Be warned you may be waiting for 3 hours, and you aren't told this when you book your appointment but according to one of the many staff, this is normal but they don't volunteer this information. I suggest hiring extra doctors to assist because a 3 hour wait followed by a less than 5 minute consultation by a dismissive doctor is unacceptable

This clinic casually treats what other locations in Ontario would actively advertise as a strong point as simply the standard for their technology and expertise. I won't be disclosing my expenses here, however what I can say is that it was worth every penny - What's the point of a 60 TV if you have to look at it through 3.0 prescription eyes?"

Dr yoganathan and Tyfour share officeThe worst service I have ever seen. I was in emergency saturation I couldn’t so use my left eye suddenly. And i was out of the city, They called me and setup an the date and time for appointment without asking me. I was trying to explain the situation to them, but they hung up the phone and I tried to call them many times, but they refused to listen to me. I see Dr. Yoganathan don’t care about his patients and the he changed his mine and refused to setup any time to see me as my family doctor said

Getting laser vision correction surgery was the best decision I ever made! Dr. Tayfour and his staff made the experience so much more enjoyable and I felt I was in good hands. If you're on the fence about getting laser eye surgery, do it. You won't regret it.

Had it done many years ago , staff was great , Dr. Tayfour was great , but it was alot of money to have it done 6 times in one eye and 5 in the other and yes I still need glasses .

I was so pleased by the friendly attentive service I recieved today...I was referred for an emergency. Saw Dr. Lei who was kind and efficient. Explained exactly what was going on in great detail...I was so pleased with him and his staff. Highly recommend. Amanda was amazing made a phone call to the emergency to get a referral that they had not sent...she went over and beyond!

Overall my experience with the laser eye institute of Windsor was very positive. All the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. The only thing that I would say is that in the initial consultation with Dr. Tayfour (though I'm sure he’s busier than most) I thought that upon entering his office the whole process was pretty rushed. I feel as though when considering the sensitivity and importance of a persons eyesight, the Doctor conducting the procedure should go the extra mile to build the rapport with his patient to build a strong trustworthy relationship. His reputation clearly speaks for itself but it would have increased my comfort levels on the day of surgery. Otherwise, my experience was great, my vision is PERFECT and with very very minimal downtime. Great investment!
