My wife and I went to Sherwood Dodge to purchase a new truck. The staff was very good to us, I explained what I wanted and I was met with a variety of different options. These guys want to sell vehicles, they go out of their way to help you find the vehicle you want when others might try and convince you to settle.Sherwood Dodge has definitely earned my business now and for the future, and full recommendation to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle new or used. (Very large lot with a great variety of vehicles new and used across the spectrum of trim kits.) Scott was the salesman I was dealing with mainly and I had a few great conversations with a few others.Scott went over and above what you'd expect from a car salesman, he was a real guy trying to help make the deal happen, he presented options and solutions, and real answers to our questions.Rick the sales manager was great as well, even on his own time went out of his way to call Mike, the other sales manager, in order to set up an appointment for us while he was out of the office. (Mike was also very helpful, accommodating, and professional I might add.)After Scott, Rick, and Mike made the deal on the new truck Rob in finance helped us and explained everything very thoroughly and transparently and quickly got us on our way, my wife had lots of questions and all of them were answered to her satisfaction.At no time did we feel pressured to buy anything we didn't want to and we drove away happy in the new vehicle we wanted.Also worth noting, we spoke with the service department and they outlined the recommended service for the life of the vehicle along with an estimated cost, everyone from service and parts were very helpful and answered all our questions.Our experience overall with Sherwood Dodge was great 10/10 with everyone we interacted with there, can't recommend them enough.

10-05-2023 - I had another great experience at Sherwood Park Dodge.I reached out to my go to salesman Aldin with what I was after, within a couple hours he had text me photos on the lot of a unit that matched exactly what I was after, a nice new Black Ram 1500. Aldin and Rick then took special care and attention through the deal making process, and they were not pushy when it took me a few days to make up my mind – they not only made sure I was getting exactly the truck I wanted but worked with me to make a deal happen that worked for both of us. This was my second dealing with Aldin in as many weeks and he will be my new go to guy for all thing Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep.Once we made a deal on the truck Andrea from the financing team took me in and made sure I understood all the aftermarket protection packages, what they covered and how they may work for me. Noel will literally give his own commission away for his customers to get the vehicle they desire. He bent over backwards for me and my appreciation for him is extensive.Devon - Sales Mgr - usually the conversation with the manager is an anxiety filled experience because they're the one working the numbers for your salesperson. But the moment Devon walked into the office, the environment was calming and genuine. I believe he cares for his customers and his staff. Devon sat down with me and asked me genuinely what I wanted. I felt comfortable enough to open up to him about my why I was entertaining this idea.
