Jules and his team went out of their way to make our party experience unforgettable. He even personally called me to help me with my online order when items were not yet in stock, and ensured the items arrived on time. Once in the store, he helped arrange the balloon bouquet and made our little birthday child very happy on their special day!

A special thank you to the store and the owner, Jules.I don't live in Quebec and my daughter who needed a costume at the last minute. Not only did he help me by phone to pick one but he also went out of his way to deliver it to her (not taxi services wanted to). It mean so much to her.
