Not really much to complain about, but also not much to rave about. Service is generally good and the food is decent. Not a lot of healthy choices if that's something that matters to you. Ice cream cakes have gotten quite expensive (most are in the $25-$35 dollar range. Though, getting a message added doesn't cost anything extra last time I checked). The restaurant isn't super nice, but has been renovated some time in the last 5 or 10 years.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 blizzards, when I got home and gave them to my family, we noticed 2 of them were the wrong flavour and 1 was the wrong size. When I called them to tell them, the person on the phone was quite rude and seemed like they didn’t care that it was wrong. They blamed it on the computer system, but when I ordered, the screen was correct and the girl at the window had double checked the order was right. But still we received the wrong items. Very disappointed nothing was offered for the mistake.

If I could give a minus star I would, went to drive thru and I could hardly hear what he was saying and I repeated several times I couldn't hear so I drove to the window and the woman gives me the debit machine and I asked ok how much is it and I told her I could hardly hear at the machine, this woman made a face and tells me well everyone else could hear, so I told her well I'm partially deaf so sorry, she just turned around and left no sorry no nothing and made someone else bring me my food, I will NEVER order from there again and I will tell my friends, I should have taken a picture of the drive thru machine part of it was missing.

Went in for an ice cream cake for my cousins and immediately got assistance, she was kind and patient despite my aunt being on the phone instructing what she wanted, the dq girl made sure she got the right names on the cake! Thank you so much!

Went thru last night ordered 2 chicken burger meals . One with fries and one with onion ring . Yuck we used a dq app coupon. The oil is nasty nasty . The chicken burger tasted burnt . The onion rings where so saturated in oil ... People save you money . Cause this was absolutely nasty . Asked for a till receipt and didn't get one. This was a DT transaction .

What you expect for a dairy queen. Very clean tables and floors, staff are friendly. Ice cream tastes good. Sometimes you have to wait over 8 minutes for a simple order but other than that it's a good dq.Had one bad experience when they gave me the wrong 3 burgers (ordered normal cheese burgers and instead got spicy burgers) and unfortunately didn't notice till I got home( live 15 minutes from town)and when called them to tell them about it they tried to make it sound like I was at fault because of how I ordered the 3 burgers. They said they would replace the burgers if we brought them back but it didn't make sense to drive back 15 minutes and so they offered 1 free small sundae next time we came in, even though the 3 burgers cost over 30 bucks. So in the end I got stuck with 3 burgers that were too spicy to eat and lost 30 bucks. Not a good experience
