Purchased a hot tub and hot tub cover from this company. High end purchase, top of the line.Needed replacement parts after 4-5 years of use. Understandable, parts wear out.No help, continuously ignored emails, no effort to order replacement parts. Months have past, Shane still making excuses for not making a phone call to find replacement parts? Clearly ignored service.No help whatsoever. And shocking responses via email, after just asking for updates?Disappointing service, I’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future.Also, solved my issues with a company out of Invermere within the day.

Staff are always open and friendly. I've never had a question they couldn't answer. Not only my water supplier but fitness and hot tub needs as well. Definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

Was cheerfully greeted. Explained what part I needed and off I went. Now just have to figure out how to fix the water cooler ..... First things first, unplug it.

I gave these guys 2 stars because the receptionist is very nice & we have been Culligan clients in other communities for years. If you purchase a product make sure you ask how much extra they charge for the parts for installation and if they can complete the job properly the first or second time. A certified plumber tells us our install is NOT according to local code. We will be taking our future business elsewhere in Cranbrook.

Kudos to Shadi! Five minutes before our kids and grandkids arrived at our lake house for the August long weekend, we broke the sleeve for our UV water purifier. We called a competitor of Culligan but they were 40 minutes from closing for the long weekend and couldn't help us. We called Shandi at Culligan and even though she wasn't completely familiar with what we were looking for, she was willing to look. And she found something compatible. My husband drove to Cranbrook the next morning, picked up the part and we had water by Saturday afternoon. This could have been a disaster for us but Shandi saved us! Thank you!
