Lockwood Arms Apartments

Good place if you're on a bit of a budget, but expect things to break (especially when it comes to plumbing) and having to call repeatedly about issues before anything is done.

Average apartment building. Nothing fancy,

Lived there for a year, great south location being across from the Southland Mall. All utilities included plus cable and 10Mb SaskTel cable with a one year lease. Only thing I wish that was included was a parking stall (especially in the winter), rather than paying a monthly fee on top of the rent but there is street parking available. Other tenants in the building were nice, suites are fairly quiet unless you have kids running through the hall. Shared laundry can be a pain but that's apartment life.I would rent a suite in that building again.

The entire cost of living was fair over the years that I lived there. Move out experience was awesome with Laarni Tolentino. Would recommend 10 times out of 10.

Close to the mall and good place to live

Good place contains most of places around I need as biginer such like groceries, shopping mall, pharmacy, bank
