I could give negative ratings if I could.. Worst doctor ever.. I do not recommend this doctor even if it's a big emergency. I only went to see him because he was at the Brampton Civic hospital when my daughter was born... Staff is even worse than the doctor..

Dr Gupta saw my daughter at the civic hospital and at first I though he was a good Dr. But The more we see him the more I notice he has no knowledge, other than good enough to prescribed puffers. He’s good is your kid has a cold or cough, but anything else he is awful! You’re better off taking your kids to a walking clinic! My daughter had pneumonia for a moth and he kept prescribing her puffers! Till I requested an x rays of her chest and sure enough she had pneumonia!!! He is a waste of time!

Worst experience with Dr. Rajeev Gupta at Brampton location. First he gave us phone appointment for new born after 3 months and we explained everything over the phone then he booked another in person appointment even everything was okay with my kid. When we went there first we had to wait for more than 30 minutes and then he hardly checked my baby and said your baby is healthy, that’s it. We had few questions but looks like he was in hurry and not provided any response.Don’t go there. Seems like he has knowledge

Worst pediatrician ever seen.our family doctor booked an appointment of my newborn son with him to discuss all the concerns and problems we are facing with, as new parents and he didnt bother to listen to our worries, simply by saying that your family doctor has just given a note that your son has stuffy nose,so apart from that i cannot discuss other issues your son is facing,for other issues related to health you have to book another appointment.Pediatrician without any empathy and sympathy,just sitting for the money.

Dr Gupta has been good to my kids. The secretary on the other hand is so rude and plain mean. I used to liked her. She was always nice and ok, but lately she had treated so mean she is a bully. Is the Asian secretary the other so far has been nice. Something must to happened to her, I feel sorry she has to get up every day to make a living. Must be hard for her.
