today is tuesday i have not received any calls or updates about fedex losing my laptop while shipping. Customer services said they will contact too on Monday and I haven't received any contact. I lost my cave 3 months ago and it was horrible to be treated so badly. I always receive apologies but no compensation because my item is of a very high value.

Good service, quick response and friendly staff. Ricardo helped me out and was knowledgeable on shipping couriers. Lots of parking, right next to the VMC subway entrance.

I went to ship a parcel, excellent customer service, however they have no way to prove they are FedEx or DHL authorized service agent, which makes me a bit skeptical. I didn't use the service as my plans changed. Coffee was great, parking available. Thats a plus
