I've bought small engine parts twice from Parts Bay/Yarmand. I also have bought a Stihl chainsaw. Both experiences have been superb. I am luck to live in the same city so pick up has been my choice both times. I will assume their shipping would be fast and efficient also.

Ordered parts for in store pickup. I was under the impression the parts were in stock. Tried calling and emailing after 3-4 days to find out an ETA and heard nothing back. Visited the store to inquire on my order. It sounds like my order was forgotten about. Took another week to get my parts. After I visited the store the communication was better. I was not going to write a review but received an email asking me too.

I ordered parts for my lawnmower. Everything I needed from drawings and part lists were available for viewing. So I could order the right parts. It was easy peasy! Great company to deal with. I would recommend you give them a try!

Very happy with parts bay and have been using them for several years. Parts look up if fairly quick and easy and always get the correct parts. Standard shipping fee is reasonable.

I'm glad I've discovered this place for getting parts for snow-blowers/mowing machines and the likes.I needed to replace a rubber ring for a snow blower friction plate and noticed that on Amazon was $20 something + $17 shipping (since it's less than $35).Well here the price was about the same but I didn't need to pay for any shipping since I was picking it up in the store...So yes, it can be cheaper than on Amazon...BTW the part was the original Briggs Stratton part - not just some cheap junk...Once I got in the store, I was pleasantly surprised that although it was a busy place with people sitting in line, etc., the staff was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.Overall I was impressed with their excellent customer service.It's great that we have such a place in Ottawa - I'm grateful!Please keep up the good work!

I've purchased parts from PartsBay 4 times now. Each time by telephone as I want to ensure I speak to the very knowledgeable staff to ensure I'm ordering the correct part. They know what they're doing!Each time the staff person was very helpful and ensured that I ordered correctly. Within a few minutes of placing the order, I received a confirmation email and another when parts were shipped usually within a day. The shipping email had a tracking number which allowed me to know when to expect the parts. Parts were revived within a week.Couldn't ask for better service.Steve Karrel
