its been almost 5 years ago i had a minor accident , i was treated really bad at the insurance office i was dealing with my neighbour recomended sutherland insurance i must say i felt so horrable and shamed by the other company and sutherland insurance made me feel human again i must thank steve for saving my feelings wow it was bad when ever i hear someone needs insurance i send them to sutherland they sure rate high in people skills thank you again guys i still feel human Barb currie

We are VERY happy with Sutherland Insurance. During the recent derecho weather disturbance, our insurance agent/broker, Denis Le Courtois, was at our home on a Saturday nonetheless and within a couple of hours of the event to help us with the process of filing a claim. He even came with his chainsaw to assist in cutting down branches of a tree that had fallen on our property......how many agents do you know who would do that!? We have recommended Denis at Sutherland Insurance to a few people who have requested information on a good insurance company and agent/broker with whom to deal. Thank you, Denis, for 'holding our hands' and walking us through this process.
