I adopted an elderly cat from the SPCA, and, given his age and health concerns, he ended up visiting McKenzie Vet clinic quite frequently. He received excellent care there from all the vets he saw, and in particular we appreciated the support provided by Dr. Bailey Fuller, as well as Dr. Durmuller and vet tech Kamala. When my cat passed away the clinic sent me a card with thoughtful messages from each of the vets who treated him within the past while. I don't think many other clinics would take the time to provide such a considerate gesture of support.

i adopted a kitten from Pets West, and this was the vet that was assigned to my kitten through the adoption and I honestly couldn’t be happier with them. Little boots got Neutered and they called to check up on him which was fabulous and gave me a very detailed, easy to follow care instruction package. Every time I go there they are so kind and caring and you can really tell every staff member there cares deeply for your animal. I highly recommend them. Thank you Mckenzie Vet for taking such good care of my little guy.

Accepting new patients because they are the worst rip-off vet ever. Quoted me $2950 for some dental work only to tell me they made a mistake and it would actually be $3,500. Got the same work done at another vet for $800!!!Totally untrustworthy, no integrity. Will never go back...and they won't stop emailing me either.

We have been bringing our cats here since we moved to Victoria and this is by far the absolute best vet we have ever found. They are so loving and caring towards our fur babies, and they are so patient with all of my questions. They even did a follow up for no cost after I was worried about her incision after being spayed. Everyone that works there (front desk, techs and vets) all truly seem to care about my animals and that is so comforting. I am super grateful that we found them and would recommend them any day!Thank you McKenzie Vet staff!!

Our first visit was amazing. Our beagle had a great environment and felt comfortable. Dr Bailey Fuller was incredible. We have been to many veterinaries in various provinces throughout Canadá but she was outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Bailey Fuller. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about my second visit, where a vet technicians helped us but the experience was the oppossite of the first one.

Today was both nervous and anxious for our big Bear! His annual check ups always are.My daughter and I were both amazed and delighted with the experience we had. Mira was super helpful. And friendly. Like most emergency medical care places sometimes you have to wait a bit for a scheduled appt time. They were absolutely incredible that we forgot about them running behind. It was also likely they were taking care of an animal who needed them to love them just as much. They’re Our vet Doc S-Hull - by far the best one I’ve met in all my years of animal owning. She was sooo personable and absolutely incredible with our 93 pound pup. The front desk was just as amazing. Both gals were so lovely. I wish I could remember theyre names. I work in a medical office and sometimes we run behind too. So never ever make a judgement on this as a reason to give a bad review. As others have I see. This place has improved to me - since our first few years here. They were good then too. But today was exceptionally excellent and I now look forward to bringing our boy back - not anxious about it.I will recommend them to all our animals loving humans. Cheers, Bear J’s owner!

The veterinarians, technicians, pharmacy, and administrative staff, are all such amazing people. Every time I go there, I feel like they truly care about my dogs. They go out of their way to provide exceptional care.Today I had Dr Bailey, their newest veterinarian on the team, care for my dog. I was blown away by the care she provided. I highly recommend her, or any of the other wonderful veterinarians that work at this clinic.

Just started, so limited experience with them. Still, they were organized, on time, had good systems in place, and left a good impression. Did a fine job of speaking towards the pros/cons of options for my cat. I'll be back
