So. Having a successful business in today’s day and age of social media, I would have expected more commitment from Mike. The reviews are fantastic, which leads me to believe it’s just us or the reviews are staged. I’m sure they have treated other customers with more respect in the past or he wouldn’t be in business.I can’t express to you the amount of disappointment we have experienced dealing with him.(months for a quote)(reminded)(month later, still nothing)(he forgot)!If this is how you treat your customers these days, I can’t see you being in business too much longer. I have informed the person that recommended you as they should know as to what type of service they recommended. I doubt they will again.The best advertisement and/or any discredits of business, is word of mouth.What a shame.Good luck

Mike was very helpful to answer any and all questions I had regarding options for bumper replacement. Very easy to deal with, especially handy for a shift worker, as he often replied to text messages after hours!

I had some body work done which seems ok however I also paid for oilunder coating which was a disgrace they only oiled what was visible and did nothing to the rest of the vehicle

someone Accidentally backed into my car door, after that the car was brought in mid September for the body work. The car was later then returned after 3 weeks with body work that was absolutely crookedContinuing to observe the paint work, it is pretty good nothing to complain about at first glance but inspection noticeable pitting after 4 and half months small creaking in the paint/Bondo can obviously seenthe total agreed upon price was $600 for the Dent and silver Paint
