First time I eat in this location on December 24, 2022 @ 6:38 pm and verydisappointed, I ordered double burgers combo, but instead the give me spicy chicken combo, the manager was rude , she try to tell im lying, she said I do not ordered combo burgers. Also at the location is dirty . Very old location needs renovation. No recommend this location

STAY AWAY!!!!! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! This is the worst Wendy's in Brantford. I live close and my 2 kids love Wendy's so we occasionally go. I went March 16th around 5pm with both my children. They ordered chicken nuggets and I ordered a chicken strip combo. We had to wait for the nuggets, like usual. They brought my order, when I got home I realized they did not put the straps in. I fed my kids and got them ready for baseball and on the way to baseball decided to stop back at Wendy's. It was about an hour later. The staff looked rough to say the least. The manager yelled from the back and asked if I had my receipt which I didn't because I was not given one! Then the woman behind the counter told me tough luck doesn't look like your going to get what you want. Like I was trying to get free food. My theory because this isn't the first time this happend. I believe the trashy employees are stealing the food for themselves. They had attitude and were not apologetic for their mistake. Either way NEVER go tovthis Wendy's unless you want to be ripped off. I'm a single dad of 2 kids, I don't need to pay $30+ for sub par food only to not get it all and be questioned by unprofessional people.

I went through the drive through today around 5pm. Ordered a couple of burgers and a couple of fries and 1 water. I was disappointed when I got home to eat dinner with my mother to realize we were missing an order of fries. Instead of 2 we only received 1 of them. The food was good though, it was hot, tasted fresh and nice flavour. People were friendly. Alittle pricey. Perhaps they could just double check to make sure they have everything before sending it out to the cars.Overall experience was pretty good though.

What can I say.. you either have a good experience, or they mess up royaly.We had a good experience. Food was as it should be, counter staff were friendly, happy, and nice to deal with (to me that is usually the most important part of any fast food joint. If the wait staff are not good at their jobs the experience usually fails. This visit was a good experience. Thanks

Staff was great and food was served quickly! Very positive experience overall. Also, first time I was introduced to the I love Adoption promotion ($3 donation for a key tag that gets you a free mini frosty per visit.)

came during a rush during CPR class so the staff had lots of people in the restaurant however they were fast friendly accurate with orders and has lots of seating available
