Staff is rude and poor Customer service. Was returning a defective work boots which was still under warranty. Staff was denying that and behaved rudely. Went to other store and they exchanged it without any hesitation.

Staff was friendly husband loves shopping there it is now his go to place to shop only complaint is it needs to more size inclusive in clothing and shoes

As long as you aren’t returning manufacturer defective items you should have an ok experience at this store (even if you call ahead and confirm the return you will still get attitude from some staff members)

Awesome store! Always greeted promptly by the man with the big beard, I believe he’s the manager. Always great customer service. Will keep shopping at this location just for the customer service!

Nice friendly staff. I haven't been in this store for years, what a change!There's lots of selection for clothing whether work, casual or semi dress it's there.The jeans I tried on were interesting as one pair fit and a different pair didn't when it's the same brand, size and cut. Make sure to double check your clothing

Very disappointing! Worst Mark’s location. Staff hiding and gossiping in the corner. Store was busy but staff didn’t seem to care. Spoke to manager Ruthie, she was unpleasant and more interested in playing on her phone. Second bad experience. Customer service nonexistent with this new manager.

Went and purchased some socks for my wife today and was beyond happy with the customer service I received. All staff members were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Even the manager helped me out and was extremely helpful! Will definitely be shopping here again.

Scott the store manager, asked me to write a positive review about him. I agree with Scott’s brother-in-law Jeremy’s review and find it hilarious that he’s pretending he doesn’t know Scott is the store manager. Lol! I also agree with his wife’s (Angela) best friend Kevin. And I always agree with Terry.

Great store, fantastic selection and polite helpful staff. The short husky bearded manager was amazing and helped me find everything we needed. Took the time even though I could see it was really busy! Well done and would recommend to be the store in London to go to
