I can’t say enough wonderful things about the onecall RV team. We are new to having an RV with little to no knowledge and Onecall came out to reseal our windows and summarize it. They took the time and showed me how everything worked. They are so knowledgeable and kind and made me feel 100% confident to hit the road in our RV. Amazing customer service from booking to onsite. Working with OneCall RV Services was as easy as One Call. We spoke with Charlene who booked our appointment. Charlene, also gave us some helpful tips to try to fix another concern we had with the RV. Their service is mobile so we set up a meeting place in Kamloops and Richard and his apprentice arrived right on time and fixed our RV's leak with a couple of hours. We felt confident in using this service and were happy with how quickly our repair was booked and done. Our RV water system is now working perfectly - holding fresh water in the tank, finally! Thank you to everyone at OneCall RV!

Absolutely great company! The admin is great, service was quick, professional and knowledgeable and they came to my house instead of us dragging our trailer to a shop. 10/10 would recommend and really happy with the whole process.

Great company! Always super knowledgeable and helpful! I’m not from Kamloops so finding a company I could trust to work on my rv while I’m busy working was hard but one call has definitely surpassed the worries! I may be a pain always needing simple fixes but they always take care of me!
