Extremely rude, unprofessional. She was only centered about money!! Never in my life I was asked by any vendors to pay for coffee stains on chair covers. She charged me $5 bucks per chair cover that had coffee stains! Well that’s why you rent them stuff happens! She made me pay for them twice the price for what you buy on Amazon. On contrary, I got her chargers cleaned on my money from the venue as a courtesy and she had no regards to it! She never even thanked me for it. Kay has zero faith on her clients that they will pay. The chair shahs what I got didn’t match the pictures I had seen. It wasn’t sequins. Due to all drama I missed my hair and make up. She was a recommendation from one of my friends hence hired her. She was a totally different person on the event day to when I had met her before. I would be cautious on hiring her! Especially for larger events like weddings if you do t want a vendor to keep charging you for unnecessary stuff. She ruined my morning of baby shower! I’m not going to say anything more than say being 37 weeks pregnant you don’t wanna deal with these kind of vendors.

The balloon decor for my 50th birthday party was beautiful! Kenya took my vision and made it a reality. I would definitely you Entrusted Moments Events again and again!

Wonderful set up for our grad party! We had a selfie station with balloon towers in each side and a red carpet covering our pallets. Very inviting! Also did 2019 balloons tied between two trees. The entire presentation was without helium (due to shortage) and looked great!

I contacted Kenya to help me with a small event I was in charge of and she agreed to help me with something cool. She communicated design, timing and cost quickly to me and when I picked up finished balloons, I was extremely pleased. I would definitely use Entrusted Moments events in the future.

Kay did my whole wedding to perfection! Decorations, organization when i forgot something she already had it ahead of time or did it in a quickness! Loved how she was always on her toes I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about anything! Highly recommend.
