I seen there ad on FB filled out the application and got a call from Eva who works there that day. We got all the information done and my file was sent to Dylan Goode one there sales people. He called me right away and said he had found me a lender and by that night the paperwork was completed. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I want to send my appreciation to Auto Trust Canada and as well to Dylan as he was the nicest most polite person I have dealt with in this business as this is my 3rd car loan. TYVM can't wait for my new Altima!!

I found them to be flighty to fast and not much information I bought my car and had to ask for a picture .They dropped my car off I signed they left without telling me anything about the car have no idea at all called them a few days later number was disconnected . Hmmmm last car I buy here. Come to find don't know how to reach them . bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra and not sure how long it will last 28,394.64 I paid for it something fishy here Ways Auto no one checked for my concerns like the owner

It was a very quick process. From the start of the application to receiving my new vehicle was only a week. I have horrible credit but frank, jasmeen and John found me a 2014 jeep compass that I am very happy with. They are with you and informing you of every step of the process. It didn't matter what time of day it was they always got back to me. And even with my horrible credit they got me a great percentage on my loan and into a 2014 vehicle that only had 50000kms on it. I will be recommending this company and the staff to everyone I know that is looking for a newer vehicle and a great rate.ThanksBilly ward
