Came in to ask for a return air grill. At counter I was told to go to Home Hardware as I didn’t have a commercial account and come back with a PO from them. At Home Hardware they had great difficulty figuring out the type of grill and couldn’t understand why Ecco couldn’t help. Wish me luck getting the right grill for my living room to replace a broken one before Christmas.

Unprofessional service was noted from the receptionist to the sales team. Consider a plethora of other businesses in town that will work for your business. As long as you see this comment, you can be rest assured the owner/manager has not contacted me to resolve this!
