I visited this store to purchase a non prescription contact lens. I was told to wait and while I was waiting the attendants were doing all but taking care of me. So I patiently waited for 15mimutes and after seeing these folks have no respect for my time I just left the store.I do not recommend them if you value your time .

I had a great experience from day 1 with all of the staff at Roma Optical. Especially, Paula and Jenia.The first time I came in, both girls were extremely happy and supportive to help me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. I ended up crossed between a couple pairs and they were able to help me decide.Secondly, I was on a tight schedule for when I needed them, and after explaining my situation, they were able to rush and facilitate my needs.All in all, the store was able to match my needs and requests and the ladies working/ helping me were fantastic.Will definitely look forward to coming in another time, for another pair of sunnies.

I have been dealing with Roma Optical since 1992 because they provide top not professional services and quality eyewear. They take the time to work with you to ensure that you are very satisfied with your glasses and/or contact lenses. I have had my glasses break (due to my own fault) and they were very responsive in repairing it and did not make me feel bad about it. I would not even consider going to any other store to get my eyewear even though I have moved very far away from their locations. Roma Optical is my only go to location. An added bonus is there is an optician on site. One stop shopping.

Have been a customer for years now and I keep coming back.First the eye exam with Dr Lye was very thorough and She explained everthing very clearly.Much appreciated....Second, went to Roma optical to order a new set of glasses and dealing with Angelo was great. He took his time explaining options and styles, called my insurance to check my coverage amount, and overall it was just great customer service.I would highly recommend Roma optical.

I got my first set of glasses at Roma optical. My experience at Roma was exceptionally better because other than having a beautiful space, they have the best staff. Mana spent so much time with me picking out the right frames that look good on my face and feel comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my glasses needs. Thank you Roma Optical.
