Merry Maids has been doing a consistently great job cleaning for us. We highly recommend them.

They sent a very outwardly-pleasant gal out to do an initial consultation, but I felt immediately judged. I let them know that the storage bins I was sorting items into would be moved by the time they got there. They then called my husband to tell him a week later that they can't clean our house because our driveway is too difficult to navigate.I don't know what their real problem is, since we're well within their service area and the lady who did the initial consult never mentioned having any difficulty with our driveway, but refusing service to a pregnant woman who is struggling to keep up with the housecleaning doesn't seem like a very classy move.

She came for consultation. Have not started yet but seem very efficient and nice! Won't use your own safe, organic products though.

I work at this Merry Maids as a sales Manager. This is an amazing place to work for. The owner is very hands on and works out in the field with all the employees. This company cares for their employees so very much. I am glad to be part of the team. We take pride in our work.

I hired Merry Maids to clean my daughter’s place during her postpartum recovery. Her first cleaning, the deep clean, they ran out of time, and did not complete the dusting and did not do the window sills. They have 100% satisfaction guarantee and we were told to notify them so theycan come back to finish the job. I contacted them, and was told they would include those on the next clean. This clean was almost $600, including the tip. My daughter rescheduled for the same day and time the following week, and no one had shown up at the scheduled time. She called and was told, while they scheduled the day, they didn’t put a time down (doesn’t make sense), but they said they would come at 1:30pm. They showed up an hour early, not that big of a problem, but she has a newborn and wasn’t expecting them to come that early. After the first payment I made, they called to tell me the balance, I paid over the phone with my card and was told I would receive an invoice. After today’s cleaning, my card was charged automatically, and I have not received any invoices.After speaking with my daughter she said that she doesn’t want to use their service in the future, as the communication has not been great and the 100% guarantee was not upheld.The cleaners did a great job, minus those few issues, though, and they were tipped both times.

Diana and Thiona did a wonderful job and my wife and I truly enjoyed the experience! We would love it if we could get the same girls every time. Well done!

I have been a customer for about 3 years. The quality of the cleaning is consistently good no matter the team. They are punctual and have a text system announcing their exact arrival time. They are able to keep my cleaning day the same, very rarely needing to change the day or time. Every team is very kind to my pets.

The ladies come on alternate weeks to keep our bathrooms and kitchen clean. They do a fine job and are on-the-spot helpful with any minor additional cleaning requests.
