I really enjoy their food. I have had pretty much everything on the menu. I really appreciate that when I do take out, they don't put sauces on until I arrive, so there's no yucky sogginess. I have never had an issue with them.

Consistent quality food. I usually order the naked chicken burrito, and they use real chicken - not pressed re-formed meat, as several other burrito places have changed to. Always receive quick and cheerful service.

Fresh food for a reasonable price. I got a naked steak burrito. All toppings. Add guac because you have to! Overall good and I get two meals out of it.Also got a side box of chips which are crunchy and salty. Comes with choice of dipping sauce.Restaurant feels dead, I always have takeout. I've never eaten in at the restaurant.

Not sure what has happened recently, but portions have been getting skinnier and skinnier to the point that the item you order is not even close to what you get. With Mucho Burrito literally across the street, it makes me question why I should even bother going here anymore. Just look at this quesadilla with the receipt next to it showing the requested ingredients. How can you be okay selling food like this? Embarrassing.

Amazing Mexican fast-food! Burrito Boyz > All other Mexican fast food chains like BarBurrito, Bandido and others. They have a simple to choose menu (standard size) and great value-for-money portions. We had a quesadilla and a naked burrito bowl and left full and happy. They had one high chair for our baby as well! Washrooms were usable and overall the staff was courteous and trying to do their best given the busy weekend it was with lots of walk-ins and delivery orders.

I have ordered burritos before, but this time it was a complete disaster. The burrito I received was only filled halfway, and to make matters worse, the taste was completely off. The sauce, in particular, was problematic—I'm not sure what went wrong with it. Since it was closing time, I'm uncertain about what they could do to rectify the situation. I hope they can address this matter promptly as I have always had a positive experience ordering from them until now.

Today Cinco de Mayo, we wanted to treat ourselves to Mexican. The burritos we had lacked flavour, had no spices used, including salt, they were very bland. It's really too bad, cause we really like the chain.......

Really had worst experience. Sour cream is like so thin and feel like soup. Nachos was like someone just throw veggies nothing was baked at all/not made in oven feels like you eat veggies and nachos on side. I have never had any burrito like this in my whole life. Not recommend for sure unless they improve services. Much improvement needed with quality of food.

Placed 2 orders on Uber eats naked burrito was lacking meat and quesadilla was burnt! Just falls apart, sour cream is thin like soup.

We order 2 burritos but got half on each one. Even I called just after placing order. Such a worst staff and service. The man who’s on call was so rude. They should also have options to add extra things with online delivery partners.
