The worst ever. I was charged a lot more than what was quoted. And was threatened they would not release my stuff unless I pay what they wanted.Understand a bit more than quote but this was just,...Do not want to even mention how they responded my phone call.. I had to call back them multiple times and bagging to have rational conversation.

사장님지금 두달째 저에게 환불해주셔야할 금액 때어먹고 계시네요한국에 장인 장례식 다녀오면 주시겟다고 하시고, 뭐 핑계는 잘 대시면서 끝까지 돈 때어먹으시겟다고 결정해보셨나봅니다이제 돌려주실때가 되지 않았나요?

Excellent service! The best in BC. Ki and Mr. Sangdo (the owner) was very very professional in handling the move and packing all the furnitures. I wish them the best.

덕분에 이사를 잘 맞쳤습니다.짐이 너무 많아서 걱정이였는데 큰 트럭에 꼼꼼하게 잘 적재해 주셔서 한번에 이사를 끝냈습니다.2년 후 다시 이사를 해야하는데 그때 다시 뵙도록 하겠습니다.

사장님 8달째 200불 돌려주신다 말만 하시다가 이젠 연락도 안받으시네요. 다른 업체 알아보세요.They caused damage to the water pipe at the building and the management took my 200 dollar deposit. They said they will reimburse me the 200 dollars, but they never kept their word. It's been 8 months and now they refuse to even answer the phone. Do not recommend.

Extremely terrible service. They didn't pack furniture carefully so they made lots of scratches all over. The guy who drove the truck was super rude and offensive. He yelled at me as well when I found out there was a missing item from my belongings and asked about it. He said I didn't try to find it out long enough and did lie to him to get a compensation. It was unbearable. There's no customer care as it seemed he was the owner of this small company. Such a bad choice although my friend recommended it. Please go to a better moving company as there are many good moving companies with adding little more budget.Dealing with this kind of guy who does have such a low self-esteem and guilty conscience will ruin not only your personal belongings but also your new beginning at a new home. Don't ever go to this cheap service company. I can't even give 1 star here for sure.
