Unfortunately I got sent home with a fish. No.food recommended. Went back and the jar of fish food had been opened. Disappointed.Fast forward to June 24. Had an appt but was denied bathroom entry. Basic human right. Not only this the staff implied I could steal their personal belongings. Great way to treat an EX customer.

This is a great store to go to. I go to it frequently, I have never been treated with anything other than respect, curtesy and kindness. They are knowledgeable, they listen to what it is you are asking for and do their very best to make sure you get what you came for.

Super friendly and helpful staff. It shows they care about pets.Also the grooming service is just amazing. I love coming here with my dog. He loves his grooming sessions.
