Everyone at EC is very friendly and professional. I ordered custom orthotics and they are excellent. I also had shockwave therapy for achilles pain with Dr. Eddie Chan and I purchased a stint, uv shoe deodorizer, compression socks, etc... I recommend this clinic!

My doc suggested this place for painful bunions. Bridgette identified the problem and recommended a few products and treatments (just purchased custom made orthotics). Really appreciated her compassionate care during the first appointment as well as dispensing my orthotics. I will revisit next year to see whether or not those custom made orthotics are useful.

Avoid this place. I went for shoes. In the past they consulted and gave good advise based on what is covered by insurance company. When we paid, we went back home and figured out the shoes were not covered. We came back to the place and had them cancel and give us refund. But they denied refund. The shoes didn’t arrive for another month or so. Basically once you pay here for shoes its final even if they dont provide you one and even if its still in back order.

I DO NOT recommend this place.She was not able to tell me what I have, I had a nail that was falling and another one turning white, and some parts of my skin are clearly infected. I paid 95 dollars and she could not tell me what it was or even recommend another professional who could be capable of telling me what I have. I am so disappointed she was assuming how can a professional assume it suppose to be her job I a, so confused

I would avoid this clinic if you can. I purchased a couple pairs of compression stockings as a gift. I did so after confirming with the employee at the front desk I could return the product if it wasn't opened / still in packaging.About a week later I called to confirm that I’d be coming in to return them as they weren’t the right specifications I needed. This is where the interaction got weird…The employee on the phone said it was fine for me to come anytime during business hours. Then about an hour or so later I got a call from a different employee saying they were sorry about the previous employee’s advice but I couldn’t return them. I then spoke to the manager (owner) about this but they instead offered store credit towards treatments or other products. But I wouldn’t have bought the compression stockings in the first place if I wasn’t told I could return them. It felt very much like a bait and switch.I know there’s a few insurance providers that don’t cover expenses from EC Orthotics / TO Orthotics (Sunlife for example). Maybe it’s due to business practices such as this. Id recommend going to one of the many other orthotic specialists in the area.
