Everytime I go I have issues, wish there was more selection for plus sized clothing so I wouldn't have to keep resorting to Torrid. I get sized wrong for bras everytime, and they refuse to agree that I'm sized wrong and that they did it right. The bras ride up my back, gape at the cups (at the tightest clasps). I was told I had a credit of $140 after my last almost $400 purchase to use anytime and now I'm told I only had 2 weeks to use it and it's gone. I never receive emails and have tried correcting this many times.

I like torrids sizing but the fashion Is just out of date and overpriced. They are good for some basics but that's about it. I'm only 26 I don't want to dress like a grandmother or a pre teen with cartoon tee's.

I love torrid. Quality is outstanding and yes its on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for.... I've had the same jean shorts for years and they still look and feel brand new.

We went into the store for the first time yesterday. The store is fantastic, and there is a gem of a woman named Doris who works there. She spent so much time and went above and beyond with my daughter. I am talking an easy hour and a half, helping her learn her correct bra size, a new style and has this amazing way about her that completely boosted my daughters esteem and experience. I’ve always taught my girls to be different and show kindness, and Doris is exactly the type of woman the world needs more of. Will definitely be back, will definitely remember this experience indefinitely! Many many thanks!

Normally love this store but my shopping experience today was subpar due to a rude worker. Who was mocking my mother when she talked, had poor customer service and was not very friendly overall. She shouldn't be working in customer service if she can't treat them right. I understand people have bad days but you shouldn't be taking that out on your customers. Hope the worker is talked to about her behavior. I also would like to praise her Co worker who had excellent customer service and was super friendly and complimentary..I'm not sure her name but very kind woman

Love their selection. Prices aren't bad especially on their sale clothes. After season they often have 60% off the lowest ticketed price. Staff has ways been helpful. I shop here often.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever gotten in my life. I literally walked in today and began looking at bras. I'm a smaller but very well endowed individual...The girl working basically took one look at me and told me to do my shopping online. I wasn't offered any sister sizes to try on or given a chance at all. Do they not want business because the effort I got from them today definitely made me take mine elsewhere..Very disappointed after hearing such great things from friends and honestly feeling heartbroken about not just my experience but my body too..

Store doesn’t get any new merchandise , same lack of selection of jeans as there was 6 months ago. Went in store today , one person working who was taking their sweet time checking out another customer from Michigan , socializing more than working giving restaurant recommendations. no one to attend to other customers or to attend to change rooms.
