I have had good results so far with my laser removal of my underarms and full arms area. Alex is very friendly, professional and helpful. She asks for consent before applying skin care products and asks if you feel any side effects after. She really cares about her clients and I feel safe going to her for my treatments.

My SIL gifted me a microneedling treatment to this spa and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ve since purchased follow up treatments and convinced my mom and a friend to also put their trust in Alex. She is sweet and friendly, but a knowledgeable professional first. She answered all my questions and took care to tailor the treatment to my skin and my concerns. My skin is now clear and glowing. I love the results!

3 years ago I did a nasolabial folds filler at this place. It was a complete disaster. Until this day I suffer every few weeks from inflammations and redness. Apparently it was bad injections and cysts formed on both of my cheeks. I have visited a few dermatologists, and plastic surgeons. Used steroids, antibiotic. The injection was to shallow and all I did was to trust the men who convinced me he is a specialist. I have contacted them and received the phone call from their nurse that I need to go and see my doctor. They didn't follow back, they didn't offer any solution or apologies.
