Stopped using text services to alert when driver is here, a driver then sat outside honking in front of my landlord’s place at 8am. Had multiple drivers take tips without asking and only noticed when change was missing. Dispatchers sound like they’re horribly depressed on best of days, overall not a great service.

Worst cab company in Moncton. Dispatchers sound like they hate life and anyone they're talking to.Most drivers I get are huffy and completely rude.I have had way better experiences with Air Cab.

I got picked up at the airport at 12:30am. Hailing the first cab in line. As we left the airport, the dispatcher called the driver and got mad at him for not taking crew members from the airplane. Apparently they are more important. This caused our driver to go the wrong way down a street because he was flustered at getting mad at. Never using white cab again. Will be using AIR CAB for all my future rides. Apparently white cab doesn't want my business anyways.

Car 60 it's a blue car the best driver I had for white cab he was nice Polite on time I was running late but he made sure I made it on time to work he wasn't to fast nor slow he was always talking and asking questions Grand old time chit chat in the cab thank you again for making the cad Experience good for me car 60.

First off. I wanna give a shoutout to the cab driver who drove me home a couple minutes ago. He was calm, had a great sense of humor and was very humble. He deserved that 5 dollar tip I gave him even though he initially turned down the tip. The speed was spectacular too. I really think my experience with this company came with superb quality customer service. Kudos to White Cab!

I recommend the driver Anatoly, car 21. He drives carefully, attentive to passengers. Helped to deal with destinations when I first arrived from Ukraine. I recommend!

Operator was so absolutely rude. Cut me off mid-sentence. They don't offer all services they mention. Parcel pickups (which they say they offer) is only if they have drivers. Go with Air cab if you need a cab or pickup. You can actually track their drivers and their operator is actually super sweet.

Grey chevrolet Cruze driving over 100 klmh ine residential area (saw it on speed radar sing on side of the road). Did not stop at intersection bearly slowed down. resumed speeding after. Very dangerous and unsafe driving

Service was good, one of the cars we took has seen better days.One of the drivers was friendly and talkative and the other didn't really say anything.
