Bought a hot tub over a year ago. We had an electrical issue last night and the store owner came at the end of his day in -50 to make sure our hot tub wouldn’t freeze and it was all fixed it today. Love our tub.

Steve is very knowledgeable and he helped us choose the hot tub that best fit our family needs. We were unsure of a lot of elements and he was able to guide us along the way.As we are new to the area, he helped us with finding an electrician and literally anything else we needed information about.On installation day, the team was extremely helpful and professional , they helped us get everything into place and set up. They showed us how to use our products and when. Super happy to have found them.If you are like us, who do not know much this is the place to go to.

Steve factory ordered the tub to the specifications we wanted. Dean and Adam have also been great with the install and service provided. All three have been available for any and all questions. Oh, and the tub is great as well!

Bought a used Arctic Spa on line. Have had two major issues with it and these guys have saved my but twice now. There prices to get the items I needed to fix my arctic spa have been great. I have only dealt with a young dark haired girl at the front desk during the week and she has been awesome. Seems to know a lot. Thank you so much.

Great service!!! Experience was great all round. Knowledgable salesman, great install team. Two days after my install I called with a service problem (totally my fault) they came out of town and kindly educated me. They said it was no problem , its what they do. True pros.

Excellent customer service and knowledge of their product. A very impressive array of tubs, sizes and options that all seem incredibly well made! Unfortunately they are out of my budget zone, back to my blow up pool with the hot water hose running into it:)

I bought my spa from this business 13 years ago. It’s probably due for a replacement but it is still running fine and I’m waiting for something major to fail prior to replacing the spa. However it just keeps running.Over these many years, I have had to call their service department a few times for assistance or advice. They have always been extremely helpful.Today I called Cory once again and as usual, he provided me the necessary information I required to eliminate a service call. You just can’t get better service than that.When it’s time to replace my spa, there is no question the brand and dealer I will be going with.Thanks

This is going to be a LONG story and would be completely different review if I did it when I originally purchased my hot tub.About 4 years ago we purchased our hot tub from Barclay at sunset, who was amazing, answered all my questions in a timely manner. Made our experience enjoyable and always communicated with us on what was going on.However, I reached out to Barclay early June of 2020 about some panels that were cracked and broken headrest. Found out that Barclay didn't work there anymore. I dealt with a different person, he asked for photos of the hot tub and headrest. I message him two times after sending him the pictures to follow up but It took until August for a response and with a response that it slipped past him, head rest were on back order and panels take longer to get here.I message the employee again in January 2021 as I still haven't heard anything. After a few days, I called the store to actually talk to someone. Found out that, the email for this employee had been down for the last 6 months and all their orders are by email, I asked why I never received a phone call about the delay if the email was down, they have nothing on paper for customer information. So if their system goes down they have nothing to reference. He used COVID as a delay, which I understand to a point. He was very rude and disrespectful. At this point, I would never recommend sunset to anyone. I did call back and asked to talk to the owner. Only thing that came from that was, they were working on getting his email working and normally people like him. I received an email on January 8th 2021, that he message the rep for an ETA on the panels and still nothing to this day. I have messaged them on April 17th for a follow up. Now it's a waiting game.If parts are on back order" or have been delayed. Good customer service is calling and following up with the customer to keep communication going

My wife and I got our first hot tub there in 1994. We have been dealing there ever since. The people are outstanding and the service is great. They have never given us a reason to look elsewhere.

Ordered a custom hot tub from Steve back at the end of October 2020. The tub arrived from the manufacturer ahead of schedule at the end of January. From the first time I phoned the store, to visiting in person, then getting the tub delivered the service has been top drawer. As a first time hot tub I’ve had lots of questions. Steve was always available to answer them for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sunset Bay if you are looking for a hot tub. Also, the tub I got has been great too. My family and I really enjoy it. Thanks to everyone at Sunset Bay for a great experience!
