I have a 7 year old Shorkie who has been getting groomed by Vanessa for a few years now! In the past, my dog was always very hesitant in getting a haircut or her nails trimmed with other groomers at Petsmart. However, with Vanessa, she is so calm and you can tell she trusts her. One thing that I love about Vanessa is that she really bonds with dogs and is very responsive to what I ask of her in terms of Lily’s needs. I would highly recommend Vanessa to be your pets groomer, as you can tell she really loves what she does as she is so fun, reliable and very easy to get along with :)!

I loved having Vanessa; she did a good job with the groom but more importantly she was responsible, consistent and so good with my girl Marlowe (who is notoriously terrified of all groomers/water). I appreciated the patient approach she had and know that I can trust her to do a good job every time. Thank you Vanessa!

Vanessa was very professional. She was very up front and honest with our dog’s grooming situation. She was very informative and her work was of good quality. She even sent pictures during the whole process. She answered any questions we had and was very accommodating. We were very happy with the final result. I would definitely recommend to other dog owners!

I’m so glad I found Vanessa to groom our 10 year old female Maltese LaylahVanessa was very thorough and responsive from the start- scheduling a time and date was super quick , from pick up to drop off everything was done in a timely manner which fit my schedule perfectly.She helped give an idea of what type of groom our dog would benefit from & also quoted us a very reasonable price !Grooming turned out to be perfect! Laylah came out looking clean , fresh and her cut was fabulous :) she also sent us a couple pictures of Laylah throughout her grooming session which I thought was super cute and made us smile knowing she was in good hands and having funShe was also super happy once she was home whereas at some other groomers she seemed to be in a bit of distress.I can’t wait for Laylahs next appt as it’s already been booked !Thanks Vanessa- look forward to our next visit ! :)

VC Grooms always does an amazing job grooming our puppy Lily. She pays attention to every detail and is kind and professional. Lily adores Vanessa and always looks forward to seeing her. I would recommend Vanessa to all my friends and family with pets.

Highly recommend Vanessa and vcgrooms. Excellent customer service, went above and beyond with my dog. She brought her own grooming table, tools and kept the area clean. She did an excellent job with Nugget and he did not want to leave her side afterwords. She was also a bit early for the appointment which was amazing!

I have experienced many groomers over the course 25 years of owning dogs and let me start by saying that Vanessa has definitely exceeded my expectations with my 13 year old Golden Retriever. She was patient, extremely detailed and more importantly, attentive to his elderly needs. I can honestly say that she went above and beyond grooming him from start to finish. From bathing and drying to cutting and nail trimming with no surprise fees. She was totally transparent and reasonable with her pricing. I highly recommend Vanessa, as this was best grooming experience my baby and I have ever had. She's definitely a keeper for us! Thank you, Vanessa!
