$150 for 2 hours ... we had no choiceI thought itWas full price for a day .... not for 2 hoursThat’s steeling.

The truck we rented was not clean inside the cab.When we returned the truck, the initial mileage was not correct and they tried to charge us almost double of the initial estimate. The people working there did their best to accommodate us and help correct the problem, but the overall U-Haul rental system doesn't seem very good. We also had trouble when we were reserving the truck because of issues with the U-Haul website. Overall I was not impressed and I will not rent from U-Haul again.

The worst. Manager rented my truck to someone else the day before moving day. Booked it 2 weeks ago. Now I'm delayed 1 day, and have to pick up in Manotick.

Only reason I’m giving it 5stars is so people will see it. Picking the truck up was no issue, returning it was a different thing. I went and cleaned the inside of the cab and back, COVID and all, and I found a sandwich from McDonald’s underneath the drivers seat, there was a receipt with the sandwich from 05/01/2021, from a restaurant in Tillsonburg Ontario. I complained to the person working, he told me it wasn’t his issue, and that he would complete the truck inspection when his coworker came in later that day. He still has yet to complete my paperwork 2 days later. I returned the truck on Monday and only used a percentage of the miles I paid for. I paid for the rental, and now every time I call either the 1800 number or the store, I get hung up on.

Easy to pick up and drop off. Needed it last minute and they were great to arrange something for our needs. Little expensive but was well worth it.
