Thee most unorganized place I have ever been I checked in, waited how long and ask again what's going on and they said I haven't been checked in. So frustrating. They apologized and rescheduled me. I was just late for another appointment cause of this incident.

My appointment was 3pm. I came 3pm but the doctor showed up 3:53. They're the terrible.. Just because we dont pay, and government pay.. It takes forever to wait, they dont care.. I cant imagine they're still exist..

Dr. Nowry is absolutely one of the worst doctors that I have encountered. I am in healthcare profession as a nurse myself for several years and have never seen such immaturity, lack of knowledge, lacking ethics, lacking skills and lacking bedside manner.I had a serious concern which this doctor ignored and it turned out to be thyroid cancer, luckily because of my background, I knew I had to take a second opinion............. however I shudder to think about this doctors other patients............ deserves to be reported to the college of physicians.

We've been attending this clinic for close to 10 years and it's fantastic. We're always seen in a timely manner (I usually wait less than 5 minutes) and get very in-depth care because you are seen by both an intern and then the intern along with their supervising doctor (the interns change often but your main doctor remains the same). It's worth the extra time to have two medical opinions and the interns are very thorough because they are being assessed on everything they do. This clinic may even have saved my life when a student doctor discovered cell changes before they were able to become cancer. I still sometimes go to a walk in clinic if I need to see someone immediately, but otherwise all our care is with the Sunridge clinic. It's also a really nice facility with decent parking and a good coffee shop on one side and a medical lab on the other.

I find the receptionists at this clinic to be very short tempered. I have had a hard time receiving any help from them when asked about future appointments. I have had my family doctor here for over 12 years now, and the receptionists have just gotten worse. They used to be wonderful and friendly. but now just treat the patients like they are a nuisance.

I agree with one of the other posters that DR. CAROLYN NOWRY IS A REALLY POOR PHYSICIAN LACKING BASIC MEDICAL SKILLS.On top of this, she is not willing to listen to the concern and her poor care has caused me to be left with neurological damage and permanently being in pain. She refuses to act or make a referral if indicate, instead preferring to 're-assure that no action is required.I am extremely concerned that this is the quality of care being provided at this "so-called" teaching clinic

Been going for a half decade now. They follow the latest and greatest methodologies because it's a teaching center. No dinosaur medicine here. Quick referrals to specialists, access to free counselling with short waits. Just don't mess around and be late. They have zero tolerance for that.

Been going here almost a year now. The place is great even when i cant see my Doctor there is always been someone to help me with my medication. The nurses are awesome and welcoming when you arrive. Definitely the best place I've ever been and will never go anywhere else. Numerous people in my family also go here and love it.

Absolutely love Dr Nowry at this clinic. She is a very kind and compassionate woman who really takes the time to hear her patients. The only issue my wife has had was with a nurse who demanded she take a urine sample etc without explaining why. Thats the only reason this review is not 5 stars.
