Doctors at Square One Health Group
I have been visiting square one health group since 2022. And I'm very satisfied with their service. Dr. Rehan is my family doctor, she is very caring and attentive to her patients. There were sometimes that I had to visit the clinic for some emergencies and the staff always try to accommodate me, even when I walk in without an appointment. Recently I was having an emergency and I needed a OB referral, and I'm very thankful to Parvin, she was following up with the hospital for my appointment, several times and got me an appointment. Through out the time I was waiting for this appointment, doctor Rehan and Parvin, kept checking on me, if I was doing okay. I really appreciate the effort they are taking and really sets the standard for health care services.

I have been coming to this clinic since 2020, always have been coming with at appointment They have been on time for appointments during covid!! But since a few months have been coming with appointments for my son my wife and myself but we always have to wait just like a walk in clinic waiting for 1 1/2 to 2 hour!!! Could you all please explain what is the point of booking an appointment in advance & then the waiting game !! And every room has a sign “To help keep our doctors on time please limit the discussion to 1-2 concerns per visit” NICE your time is money!! Ours is not!! Thank you for the reminder!! If you have a spelling error just reprint!! Or before you print use spell check !!!

Dr. Goyal is an excellent doctor. Consistently non-judgemental, knowledgeable, and helpful. He genuinely cares about his patients. I always leave each appointment feeling like I received the help I needed (not like I was rushed). I'm so happy to have learned that he is accepting new patients and to say that I've finally found an amazing family doctor since moving to Mississauga!

Update- it's not about giving you a second chance...why book 4 people for 6pm with same doctor???Waited 1 hour after appointment time just to see Dr assistant lol ...they have a sign that states don't be rude to staff. Why have a sign if there is no reason to be rude. You have a sign because you know you are messing with people's time so obviously people will get rude. Unreal.

Horrible wait times - expect 2 hours of waiting even on appointments on weekdays afternoons , no availability on weekends , evenings or early mornings . Then doctor will give you exact 2.5 minutes , won’t listen properly and try to kick you out asap. My family physician was in other clinic, there was no problem. Since he shifted to this clinic , I have hardly seen him and I try to avoid now . Who has 2 -3 hours on weekdays to wait at doctors visit ?

I’ve been going to this clinic for over a year and only during the course of these 15-16 months, the wait times have horribly increased. Despite taking appointments every single time plus reaching on time, we have to wait the upwards of 45 mins-an hour to see the doctor. Cherry on top is that the pharmacy refuses to refill prescription medication without the patient seeing the doctor. So basically for a medicine that you take for life, they expect you to waste 2+ hours every month. The doctors aren’t aligned with the pharmacy on the dosages they prescribe. The pharmacy doesn’t have the prescribed dosage and makes you wait another hour so they can talk to the doctor (happened twice with us). And these aren’t even all of the complaints. The doctors are nice in general but the other factors combined are making it increasingly unbearable to stick with this clinic.

I used to like visiting this clinic ever since it opened, and would recommend it to friends. However, I recently found out management issues, the nurse misunderstood doctor's note, the doctor didn't check records on book or computer, they ended up giving my son repeated vaccines. Not mention wrong time appointment reminders we got or longer wait time.I lost trust in this place, will not go any more.

One has to wait for long hours.Doctor: 5 starI have been visiting Dr. Goyal since last 6 months, he is an excellent and very knowledgeable doctor. He has always patiently listened to my queries and problems and guided me in right direction.

This is one of the worst doctors offices in Mississauga. If you have an appointment expect to wait at least 1 hour+ to even see the doctor. I’ve experienced better service at walk in hospitals.They constantly talk about accepting new patients, yet the patients they already have don’t even get bare minimum service.Save your time and don’t come here, it is absolutely abhorrent.
