I had the most sweetest sales associate I've ever dealt with from the Aritzia chain which was shocking because most of their staff is stuck up and snobby for no reason.Maybe I was shopping on a good day since it was a week day and it was snowing outside so the mall was empty. I purchased 2 satin slip dresses and they're overpriced but I can't find them anywhere else.When I come back it will be during the week on a rainy day lol

A bunch of lazy, and unpleasant girls working this afternoon, December 6th, 2022. You guys should learn customer service with Sephora and Victoria Secret. Spent my money elsewhere.

I really love Wilfred but the sizing inclusivity at the store is horrible. I recently went with a friend and finding any dress in a size 10 was literally impossible. Completely upsetting experience.

Alisha and Sienna were my angels today - they both provided great styling advice and really helped out a bit of a clueless shopper trying to diversify his wardrobe a bit. The staff here went above and beyond, and I was genuinely shocked by their warmth and customer service - I never would have expected this from what looked like just another chain store" at the mall! The girl who assisted me on my visit was showing bias towards white people. I was beside a tall, white girl and she only talked to her.. didn’t even utter a single word to me. Then, I went to the lobby of the fitting room, she saw me then turned her back even tho I signalled I needed helped. She only came to me when I didn’t move. Didn’t even introduce herself (I know it’s an SOP in customer service) She got my size but then when I needed another size, she didn’t inform me right away.. she went to everyone first in the fitting room before going to me. I’m obviously waiting for her since I was outside my fitting room. I honestly love this branch of Wilfred (I got my wool coat here last January and the service was great) but you have to train your staff to be nice to all races. I experienced this in Aritzia so I’m just shopping on their other independent brand stores then now in Wilfred? People in social media are already complaining and your team should listen.You know what’s worse? That girl isn’t even white.

I love the products, I would never buy them ever because of the attitude of the employees in the store!!!!! Experience rude attitude from the employee. I was looking for help and no one reacted on my needs. Finally, I got a help from one of the girls that is working in the store to let me coming in the fitting room and after I ask for two items that I wanted to purchase, I waited for almost 10 minutes for those items. As the result, the same girl that was helping me, asked if I am waiting for something and I was totally shocked because I asked her to bring me two pieces of close. I was upset with store service because it is not my first time that in this particular store customers should help themselves, so what for employees are working in there and getting money? To chat with each other?

One of the best customer service experience I have had ! The manager was great she found the item I was looking for and it’s on the way !

I can't get enough of this place. Yes, it's expensive, but the clothes are high-quality, beautiful, and unique. As someone who's only 5 feet tall, I really appreciate that their XS are actually extra small! The store also has a pleasing aesthetic, a really nice sitting area for shopping partners, and a gorgeous fitting area with big mirrors and great lighting. The staff is very nice and attentive. Seriously, my favourite clothing stop in Toronto.
