These guys are great. They provide comprehensive auto part information and can get virtually any part the same day. Prices are great, especially when you need parts in a pinch! They are my go to parts place. Always helpful and friendly... but most of all honest. I’ve never been sold anything I didn’t absolutely need, even when I thought I needed it going in.

Great prices, and they have good quality products (AC Delco) Their price on batteries was considerably less than my discount at the dealer. My dealer didn't even have any stock, but VAS did!The sales team works pretty hard to get you what you need, and I'll be using them for my future needs.

So I called in and ordered a throttle body for my pickup truck gave them all the info Vin and all they gave me the totally wrong one wasted my whole weekend. Went to return it and and they said we have the right one but it's twice as much as the one they gave me offered me no deal or help after they screwed up my part order then they said we can get you an aftermarket blue streak one and it's $325 I only went to them because there are an ac delco supplier and I wanted oe part and I can get blue streak from creditstone auto and 77 auto for $225 these owners have lost there mind I don't reccomed they can't even get simple order right very sad owners there

I've been dealing with Vaughan automotive for a number of years.I will say that everytime I call or go in, they have my parts! If By odd chance they don't have what I need, it's often next day they get the parts in.I have NO complaints at all....The prices are very fair and reasonable.The customer service has always been great.The location is great and easy to get to.The staff are really friendly and know their stuff.I would highly recommend Vaughan Automotive to anyone who needs automotive parts.
