They really don’t care about their members. I sent an email last week and no response. Impossible to get a tee off time unless I want to play the northern courses. This week they sent out a letter to the members regarding raking the bunkers. This seems to be their top priority. WHO CARES. I just want to play golf. This will be my last year with them.

It pains me to give this company 1 whole star, I wish there was a 0 star option.I when I purchased my membership for the 2020 season, a big reason I did so was because it came with a Muskoka golf trip (1 night stay and 2 rounds for 4) which was values at $2000. I then found out it was only good for Monday-Thursday and not on holidays, which would require taking time off work, which was annoying but fine.I have attempted to book this trip MULTIPLE times unsuccessfully, you are only able to book 30 days in advance and I am being told there is nothing available for tee times of rooms within 30 DAYS?! I then go on linkline and see that there are a ton of tee times available they are just not allowing me to book normal tee times because it is a certificate. This promotion (along with 2 friends of mine who also have the same promotion) will now to go waste as they expire early October. For this season I grew a brain and got a private membership and it was the best decision I have ever made, Clublink's member service is non-existent and disgusting.

Never ever play for daily fee golf at club link!! When I booked tee time, I had to full pay the green fee. I paid for four golfers and asked to change to three just one hour later. It has been more than a week since I played, I’ve not refunded for one person’s green fee. I called three times with countless waiting times and all I got was ‘someone is going to call you soon’. Someone has not called me back for whole day long exactly what I expected ha ha ha…

I have got many certificates I can play anytime during the week days at Rolling Hills Golf course. But staff at booking call centre said there were no tee times available for all the dates I inquired about. Although I saw many tee times available during the daytime on their on-line booking site, they told me those times are reserved for public players who will pay" to play. But on the certificates it says the certificates are valid anytime and it doesn't say there are tee times reserved for "paying" players.I may understand if there were a couple of reserved tee times for "paying" customers but almost all the tee times are set aside and certificate holders are not allowed to take the tee times.I know the golf courses are taking advantage of this pandemic situation by increasing the rate. But not accepting certificate holders violates what is written on the certificates; they are valid any time during the week days. Some people get certificates as a gift and others purchase them. I wouldn't have purchased them if it had been stated that only limited tee times available for certificate holders. This is totally an act of deceiving customers.(I called the booking call centre again... and they gave 7AM and 6PM as a tee time...... can you believe this?)"

Had a very positive customer experience dealing with Thomas Patterson. He was extremely patient, attentive, personable and made sure that we were properly guided through all of the options available while carefully helping us settle on the appropriate home course. All in all, very impressed in the level of service received, it’s evident that Thomas and the sales team at Clublink know what they are doing. Thank you for not being too pushy and for welcoming us with open arms!

If I could post less than 1 Star I would. Customer service is horrendous, can't get a tee time before 5PM, and increase annual dues egregiously every year. Every year they produce a worse product for an increased cost. Can't wait for them to start begging people to sign up once they have realized they have ruined their customer loyalty.

Club link is totally B.S! If you get a raincheck they won't give you your money back and they put up the rates up of what you paid for just about double. Don't book any tee times with any courses they deal with Huge Mistake"!"

Their booking system is archaic. Very outdated system to book online. Often changes dates and tee times sporadically if you swap out selected courses. Overpriced and virtually no tee times as they pack members into the GTA as their courses shrink each year.

King Valley is a great golf course. However even though I have been a member at since 1998 and paid my $50,000 initiation fee and have paid my annual dues in January of every year, I duly log into the ClubLink booking system at 6:30 am, but find it is virtually impossible to get a reasonable tee time.

Hey Clublink!! I'm not sure whether you donate Corporate Gift Certs to Charities or whether you sell them. But a green fee is a green fee is a green fee. If you're not going to honour the Gift Certificates don't issue them!!! Assuming you donate these certificates, imagine donating a bogus gift to a charity....You are not being a very good corporate steward! After getting the run around trying to book a tee time I have been told my Foursome Gift Cert purchased at a charity event is not being honoured At this time". This reeks of corporate greed.Shame on you!"
