When I was not able to find the land survey for my property anywhere. I ordered manual search and to my surprise they were able to find it and saved me for spending much more on doing land survey through surveyor. Plus excellent customer service is cherry on top. Thank you PYB team

Great details when it comes to urban locations not so much when it comes to rural location. I still give a 5 because Was able to find the property I was looking for and the details I needed for a fence install

Would like to have more interaction with customer service who can view legal files and confirm contents for me (can answer questions like: If I'm applying for a building permit, will the information from the hidden file help me)

I placed an order on June 29, 2021 to possibly get a copy of my land survey. I am building a new porch to replace old one but will need to have some further digging I will need a survey. I was charged & haven't received any calls or emails regarding my order/survey. I called the number listed on website & left a message & still haven't had any reply.I am not pleased with this company. Will share with others my bad experience.I am still awaiting a response????
