Casses Alberto Dr

Doctor does not take time. Literally spent 3 minutes with him. Told nothing wrong contrary to scans but come back in 4 weeks. Seems to be a way to bill OHIP. I'm disgusted.

He had preconceived ideas and wouldn’t even listen to my symptoms or what I had to say. He contradicted my ultrasound and MRI results. How is that possible?? Definitely not working for the best interest of the patient.

I’d give him 0 stars if I could. I had knee surgery last week. I called his office about changing the dressing because I was left with 0 aftercare information. They told me I could remove it and get an Aquacel bandage. I recieved a call from Dr Casses yelling at me because I removed it and “ruined all his hard work” tell that to the secretary that told me I could take it off. Oh and unless you’re going to drive me to the Fracture clinic I won’t be getting there anytime soon! If you get Dr Casses ask for a new Doctor you will thank me later!!

I just got the cast on my wrist. Dr. Was a good listener. He asked me to call his office to get the appointment and I am leaving 5 stars as the lady in the office is very responsive and following up my concerns. I was so scared with all one star reviews. Thanks to Dr. Office.

I had Dr. Casses for my bunion surgery. He is quiet but if you ask him questions he answers them. I have nothing bad to say about him. He seems to know his stuff. :)

I am going into 12 weeks of being in an Aircast, and my 5th metatarsal is still bruising and swelling, and I'm supposed to be able to weight bare. I'm super scared something is not right, but when I've seen Dr Casses, he doesn't even look at my foot. I feel I need a 2nd opinion, and I would not suggest being referred to him...sadly

Dr Casses looked at my x-rays for my hips and said there was mild arthritis and suggested I lose weight. He was extremely dismissive offered no solution to the chronic pain I had been experiencing.I knew he must be wrong and decided to get a second opinion. Dr cheng the orthopedic surgeon in Collingwood looked at the exact same x-rays and could not believe I was even walking. The fact that two doctors can look at the same information and get two entirely different results is absurd.Dr Casses misdiagnoses resulted in a 6 month delay in my double hip replacement. I have now received 1 hip replacement from Dr Cheng 6 months after my initial visit from Dr Casses and on a 7 month waiting list for my second hip replacement. All because Dr Casses was not educated enough to properly read an X-Ray

Dr Casses replacedMy left hip 15 years ago and my right hip 14 years ago . They are both still working perfectly! He replaced my left knee 16 months ago and I recovered quickly and uneventfully and I have full motion and no problem with that knee.I could not have had better results .

Excellent Doctor, my appointment went great and left feeling good.
