I'd like to compliment Sandeep - the staff who served me this morning for the excellent customer service he provided. The drink was nice and served fast. I was in a rush and ordered my drink incorrectly but he was willing to switch it for me free of charge. Much appreciated! He was also very attentive and assisted customers right away with their needs!

The drinks are the best I have had in Halifax, and I especially like the fresh fruit, and mango juice in particular. However, the posted hours are open to 11:00pm, but when I went today at 10:50pm, the lights were dimmed, door was locked and sign said they were closed. Staff were still inside. I understand that it takes time to clean the equipment, and appreciate that, but if your advertising being open to 11:00, shouldn’t you actually be open until 11:00? I wish I had been able to make my purchase. I go there often, and was quite disappointed this time.

fruit tea is always amazing especially if you don’t prefer your drinks too too sweet. pearl tea is always a nice treat. i don’t prefer their smoothies and would rather go to a different location as they have been a bit frothy each time i’ve ordered. definitely not a fault on the employees themselves, i think it’s just how to recipes are to make them healthier or something. very friendly customer service i definitely recommend this location over the one in halifax shopping centre.

Spend 12$ for a L size pineapple juice. Taste extremely sour and can't drink even add some water. Better to try other series in this shop and recommend to remove this drink
