I am currently in the process of a bathroom reno and Vision Vanities was recommended to me, and I am very happy that I followed the recommendation. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a smile from a sales consultant who was ready to take down all the details to customize my needs and it didn't end there. As I continue to move through the renovation details, my sales consultant Prabhleen has been helping patiently through each step. Every aspect of our experience from start to finish was handled with professionalism and care.Shima went above and beyond with her knowledge and dedication as she provided us with options based on our needs. She made sure to answer all of our questions thoroughly and did not hesitate to briefly step away if she did not have the answer immediately. We were renovating our washrooms and this being our first time, Shima’s suggestions, her knowledge, orientation towards details and designs was extremely valuable!
