Food is on par with what you would expect. Prices have gone up notably but I guess that is what you get with inflation... I have had my order mistaken on a few occasions but it isn't a significant negative. I have frequently asked for sauces and did not receive any requiring me to go back through drive thru.

Went there and the counter service computer was down. The employee wanted to write my order down and put it thru drive thru. The manager said no. When they werent busy in drive thru. So after 10 mins of waiting we decide to leave and went to Tec and Central. There computer was down also. But had no complains they were excellent with the process.

Rude customer service, I am regular customer. When I am asking for extra hor sauce they are staring and not giving enough hot sauce. Not proper greetings.

I used to frequent this location often when I worked in the area about a year ago. I've been back a couple times since then and I've noticed a decrease in quality and service. On my most resent (and last) visit. I had to say something. Not only was my order wrong but there wasn't enough syrup in the pop. I asked to speak to the manager who brought the owner to speak with me. He was rude and dismissive in short calling me a liar. The owner clearly takes zero responsibility for his business and our community deserves much better. If you can please visit another location or consider something else entirely.

Went to grab a quick bite but couldn’t really enjoy it. This dude on his break decided he had to watch videos on his phone full volume for the entire store to hear. Either completely ignorant or totally oblivious. Get some AirPods pal! The food was okay , cashier wasn’t able to make two beef soft tacos into a combo. This place has gone down hill.

Asked to use the online coupon and was refused so I ordered it through the app no problem. The manager on duty Bartah told to come around front and wait for my food in the parking lot and it would be brought out. 10 minutes pass and about 4 cars go through the drive through, a young worker comes out with my food stating they had it sitting there and she saw us sitting outside and decided to come ask if it was ours...spiteful customer service in my opinion.He was upset that I placed the second part of the order online because THEY wouldn't put the coupon on the system (as I've had them do before) so he had my food sit there instead of bringing it out right away as he said he would.

I have ordered a bean burrito. The size reduced to one fifth of what it used to be. There are literally no beans in it ! I would give 0 stars.

Nothing irritates more than fast food workers missing items in your order. These clowns forgot one of our 3 fries supreme. When it's not busy and just don't understand how you can't look in the bag and get the order right.
