Dr. Chau is professional, accommodating and easy to deal with. The less point that his office gets is the unprofessionalism of one of his front desk staff. The one who does the billing knows how to deal with front desk situations but the other lady does not. She should be given good training to be a better office administrator to get a higher review.

First timer in his office, I can say his office is a mess, staff are unprofessional , and worse Doctor the same! I am not gonna recommend to anyone.

Dr. Chau came in to perform some tooth extractions at my regular dentist. We was very professional, reassuring and did a great job. Pain-free, little bleeding and swelling.
