I don't have a family doctor and was referred to Dr Naqvi for some heart issues I'm experiencing by a walk in clinic. He referred me to another clinic for heart tests that took over 4 hours to complete. That clinic said Dr Naqvi would have my results in a week. It's been over 3 weeks and despite me leaving two voicemails over the past two weeks, nobody has followed up with me. I don't know what to do other than go to a different walk in for a new referral to have the whole process repeated.

Stay away from this clinic! If I could give 0 stars I would. My father-in-law had some heart tests done two months ago and they never called for an answer I left countless voice mails and nothing. Last week, a receptionist from the clinic called to book an appointment because the doctor would like to discuss the exams after two months!!! We book the appointment and guess what happened ????the doctor didn't call, we booked a SECOND and the doctor didn’t call again!!!! Totally DISRESPECTFUL to patients and if he has a heart problem he will DIE without knowing because the doctor never called!
