Stephen major was our broker our insurance was expensive he said it was the cheapest we could get anywhere I made one phone call and saved 40% on my insurance. Also our home insurance was cancelled at one point and he made no effort to find us coverage or tell us just let it lapse. When we asked to cancel our coverage with them he said we need to sign a document to cancel going on 3 weeks still hasn’t sent it and I’ve been double billed for insurance. Bad brokerage

Went in with a few things to do, didn't get ANY of them sorted out, but the main thing was to register a business in AB. They not only gave us the WRONG information, but when I disagreed the agent rolled her eyes, was super condescending and told me to go do more research hun". She wanted to charge me $775 to register my business and it would have been the wrong paper work. also it was going to take DAYS to get done.Called a different registry

Stay clear of this insurance place!!! Had multiply errors on my insurance policy. The quote I signed was just an estimate. Got the insurance in July 2022 for $187 every month, the insurance seemed to go up each month with, a finale price ending with a payment of $348 in November 2022. Did not receive pink papers until November 2022. For example of the errors, my address was wrong. Well when I sent you the bill of sale my address was on it and I told you where I lived. I was really frustrated and called the Manager. Manager said to wait a month until my accident in a parking lot, would come of my insurance and I could get a lower rate. I thought great. How much would a cancellation fee be? Probably around $100 dollars. December comes, I call them I get the insurance lowered and I get a call a week later saying I owe $392. I might as well just stayed in higher insurance, as it was 5 months before I needed to renew. When I called the Manager back she said it was just an estimate for cancellation. How can these estimates be so different in what you told me or signed. Manager let me pay the $392 over the term. I am really upset that I received no compensation is for their errors. I will going to go to the better business bureau.

I’ve used this registry a lot over the years; easily >30 visits. For business services, personal services, for insurance, licensing, and I even use their corporate registry services. All of the staff have been friendly, accommodating, and great to deal with. I’ve had staff go above and beyond to assist me. Sheila, their designated corporate registry specialist, is amazing to deal with. I can honestly say that I have never had a single unpleasant experience there. This will remain my go-to location for any of my registry needs as long as I have the needs. Keep it up, guys! A true hidden gem out here in our little slice of rural heaven!

As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted by happy smiles and greeting, and it only got better as I dealt with registries agent Ms. Ashlynn Mathews. She was extremely helpful and friendly and the assistance and discussion with her colleagues increased the efficiency in addressing my query. Overall just a friendly and helpful environment in the office. I highly recommend a visit to this location.

My only consolation after receiving a ticket for an expired car registration just outside of this town was the extremely friendly and professional service I received here. Ashlynn was so pleasant and helpful that I left with a smile on my face despite having just paid a hefty fine. Now that's customer service!

She took the stress out of my situation and handled it like a pro. I had a replacement licence in my hand in less than an hour! I was able to rent the car I needed for a family trip and everything ran smoothly!Her service was professional
