Bramalea Optometric Clinic
I have consistently had great experiences with Bramalea Optometric. Dr. Cotnam always takes the time to answer any questions that I may have and address any concerns. The office staff are helpful and professional. Joyce and Lidia assisted me with new lenses for my frames, and even took the time to adjust some of my other frames. Always excellent service and care at this clinic.

Just recedntly had my 1st appointment with Dr. Bergie who was fantastic! Fast efficient and friendly. Then Lidia helped me choose my frames and handled the Insurance communications. My frames were ready in just a few days. Easy and seemless transition from my old frames to new. Thanks to everyone at Bramalea Optemetric!

Bramalea Optometric Clinic
I have been going to Bramalea Optometric Clinic for eye exams with Dr. Cotnam for over 20 years and have always had a great experience. She is very thorough and explains her exams in detail. I also purchase glasses at the clinic and the service and care in choosing the perfect glasses and fit is exceptional.

Bramalea Optometric Clinic
Dr. Cotnam has been my optometrist since the late 80s. She is a fabulous doctor and I'm so lucky to have found her when we moved back to Ontario. All these years later Dr. Cotnam's professional, friendly manner has been constant. My recent visit she explained very throughly cataracts as well as the recent changes to my eyes. My prescription had changed so I met with Huma after the apt who was so helpful in finding the right frames. I valued Huma's honest comments on each pair of frames I tried on. All the staff I have been on the phone with or when entering/leaving the clinic have been very friendly and accommodating. Bramalea Optometric Clinic is definitely the best!

I've been going to this clinic for at least 25 years and have never had a bad experience. This time around, I met with Dr. Thind, Huma helped me pick out my frames and Lidia was kind enough to make sure the 2 new pair I purchased, fit comfortably. All three were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Bramalea Optometric Clinic
My wife and I have been going to Bramalea Optometric for over 30 years to have our eyes examined and have always been happy with the staff and service provided.Dr. Bergie made the exam very enjoyable and took time to explain what she was doing and found with our eyes during every step of the process.Lidia was very pleasant as she assisted my wife with the eyeglass frame selection process. She was also very helpful with the fitting after the finished eyeglasses were complete.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Bramalea Optometric. Many thanks to Dr. Cotnam who is always so helpful and answers all questions and concerns I have. She is very professional and kind. Thanks to a great office staff who are always helpful and polite. Many thanks to Lidia and Aneesa for helping me choose new frames and replace my sunglasses this past week. Staff here are consistently patient, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this office if you are searching for a new optometric clinic.

Bramalea Optometric Clinic
We have been booking appointments and purchasing glasses at Bramalea Optometric for years. Always had great service and easy appointment bookings.Recently had to have glassed replaced due to breakage. Huma was very helpful to get my new order processed within a week (prior to the long weekend). In my opinion they went above and beyond. 5 star service for sure.Keep up the great work!
