Armen came in to assess our flooring that needs to be changed due to water damage. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. He knew the type of floors we had just by looking at them, they are unique floors so that was refreshing. In a stressful situation he was able to put my mind at ease. Very grateful for the excellent service.

Highly recommended. This is a company that cares. Justin took a tremendous amount of time to show us various products colours, styles and explained all the pros and cons of each until we picked the best one for our application. Then he helped to explain the technical soundproofing to my condo board to ensure the product was approved. Finally, the installer Sammy did a tremendous job making sure all the fine details of trim, transitions etc were installed perfectly. They have a great team at Bigelow that helps you from start to finish. I would definitely use them again.

Really pleased with my floors! Ryan Milligan on the sales team walked me through all my options and helped me pick a quality choice that I am so happy with! The finished product is a joy to walk on everyday. Craig and Robyn did an excellent job installing it working hard till it was finished with an incredible eye to detail.

Outstanding work by Bigelow, the third time they have looked after us. Very strong customer service, good and fair pricing, excellent problem solving with an uncooperative floor and outstanding craftsmanship. Highly recommended!!

If I could, I would give 2 ratings.0 stars for sales5 stars for installation.Being that I cannot do that, I am giving 2 starsOur initial meeting with our sales representative went very well. He came by our home, and was able to see the state of our basement floor, and review all our requirements. He listened shared some alternative approaches for us to consider. We considered his recommendations but did not feel his recommendations/workarounds would work for us, and advised that we wanted to proceed with our initial requirements.The morning of our install the flooring installation team arrived on site, our sales rep was not present. We quickly discovered their workorder was very different from what we discussed with our sales rep and quote we requested. Our installation team attempted to resolve with our sales rep however everything halted and NO work was completed, as our sales rep was out of the office and unable to support. We were advised our rep would call us the next morning when he was back in the office.Our sales rep NEVER called us!!We waited until 1pm before finally breaking down and calling him directly. He spoke with my husband and advised he was looking into the issue and would get back to us … soon…. After another hour passed, I called our sales rep and he advised he was still looking into things and that he needed to come by the house to see what work we have done since he was last there to quote the job. Curious by this statement, I asked him if he could be more specific and explain what work he “thinks” we have done. He replied he wanted to see all the concrete work we had done since he was last there….Our sales rep never showed up to our house to look at the work he was suggesting was “new” and I was disappointed, because I had time stamped photo’s ready for us to review together that would prove no work had been completed since he had been there. A couple of other things our sales rep did not do: Explain why the workorder was incorrect, which resulted in a number of days delay in the project, or ever state an apology or hold any accountability for the error.Our experience with the Bigelow sales team was abysmal and I have little confidence in the sales team. It is my feeling our sales representative had a different vision on how the flooring should be installed and put his vision above our requirements.Our experience with the installation team was polar opposite.Our installation team I will name directly because they are amazing and deserve all the recognition they can get!!! Matt and Dillan lived up to the Bigelow brand and restored my confidence in Bigelow flooring, and they SAVED what I felt was an unsavable relationship between our household and Bigelow flooring! The care, consideration, compassion and respect that Matt and Dillan showed our home, the requirements of the job, and their attention to detail during the install, was exactly what we expected when we partnered with Bigelow flooring for this project. They worked Friday to Sunday, as though it was a Monday to Wednesday. They never expressed any frustration or lacked any professionalism while working here for the weekend, they actually were so much fun to have around, and very pleasant to have working in our home. Matt and Dilan are not just good or great at what they do, they are exceptional. They exceeded our expectations in EVERY POSSIBLE WAY!!After working with Matt and Dillan, I can confidently say, we will most certainly work with Bigelow flooring for our future projects, but that we will require a member of the installation team be an active member of our quote process and site review as (in our case) they understand flooring installation, job requirements, and the scope of work more clearly than the sales team does.

Bigelow's sold and installed hardwood in our 4 bedrooms. Krista from sales is very knowledgeable and helpful. Craig and Robyn did an amazing job with the installation. It was a pleasure dealing with Bigelow's from sales to completed installation. Bigelow's is definitely my go to for flooring.

Justin Hillier from Bigelow Flooring did an amazing job installing my kitchen, bathroom tiles. He was very approachable and answered all my questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable about tiling and was very skilled with the installation process. I would recommend Justin without hesitation.

What a great experience working with Michael Chumbley at Bigelow Flooring, his experience, knowledge, can-do attitude and friendly manner, quickly translates into trust and confidence. We appreciated the desire of the staff at this company to get it right.

We have now ordered flooring from Bigelow on two seperate occasions in the past 6 months and both times we have felt very well taken care of. Our sales person Michael, took all the time we needed for us to make our selection of flooring. We ordered hardwood for upstairs and then Plank flooring for the complete downstairs. On both occasions the job was done very professionally. Both Matt and Dillon are so easy to get along with. When they arrive at your house you can see that all they want to do is make you happy. I would deal with Bigelow again -- and we will when we get our new carpets for the bedrooms.
