The service from the initial phone call to to picking up my vehicle was great. Polite friendly, respectful. They were very transparent with cost and service. The job ended up being a repair and not a new part. This made it much more manageable price wise. The honesty of not charging for a new part when they easily could was greatly appreciated. I will continue to bring my vehicles here and know they are in good care. I have brought my vehicles here before and had a very similar excellent experience

I am a long time customer of Midas St Anne's. Marcus and the staff are always professional and courteous. Repairs and mechanical work are high quality and at a fair price. It's good dealing with this high service, honest business.

Booked an appointment for a tire and oil change! Marcus at the front desk is nice and friendly! While waiting, I listened to how they were dealing with the customers, over the phone or in person, have nothing but good to say!Overall a great experience! Highly recommend!

I was looking for tires for my brother’s BRZ and Midas had the ones he wanted and for a really good price (buy 3 get 1 deal at the time)Unfortunately due to the type of rim and tire he has, their machine wasn’t able to change over the tires. This was fine as we’ve had this situation before and was prepared for that to be a possible issue.I drove over to pick up the tires with my Jeep to pick the tires up and take them elsewhere. As I pulled up the the store, my Jeep’s lower rad hose blew off and dumped its coolant in the parking lot.Marcus (who had got the tires ordered in) managed to immediately get Farouk and Ryan to come and fix my Jeep, fill up my coolant, and get me on my way in a matter of 15 minutes.Exceptional service. Great pricing. Friendly staff.

This location is my absolute favourite. The staff are both knowledgeable and trustworthy. I’ve taken our vehicle there for general maintenance such as oil changes and for tire repairs and have always had a great experience. Would highly recommend!

UPDATE: I have spoken to Marcus and I appreciate his response. For now I will put back a couple of starsNot sure what happened here since this is a well-reviewed location. This happened over a period of around 2 weeks, I submiited an online quote / appointment request for tires - no response. Followed up through e-mail - no response. Contacted through phone and the gentleman said he had computer problems and would get back to me. Fair enough, I can understand how that would be a problem. Didn't get back to me. Called again and a lady said the manager was busy and they would call me back (Starting here I would always leave my quote number). Nobody called. Tried again, talked to a different gentleman and he said he would get back to me. Didn't happen. Called one more time, talked to a lady, this time narrating what I've said above. She was apologetic and said they would call me. Never happened. I suspect my request might have been impossible to fulfill due to their busyness and the dates I requested were too soon. Would have been nice if I were just told that so I could move on. I should have moved on earlier, that's my mistake. OR maybe they could have just offered to start a new quote over the phone? I should have thought of that too. Oh well.

My first experience at Midas was Great! The staff were genuine and easy to speak with regarding automotive concerns I'll be coming back to their St Anne's location again and again.Thank you Marcus and your staff

Today I called the shop manager if he could help with a quick inspection as something was rattling in car. The manager was very helpful even he was dealing with many other customers. He accepted to give a check, found and fixed the issue, and when I asked how much? He said it's for free!I would like to thank him for the gesture, and he won a new customer!

I called ahead with a leaky tire situation and they were able to squeeze me in right away. The mechanic was prompt and courteous in fixing the issue. Marcus was very welcoming and helpful and the team seems very reliable over all. Keep up the good work!

Thought the experience and service was great at the time. However a few years down the line I'm now having the same issue. Upon bringing my vehicle to a different mechanic he found the previous work was done incorrectly, leading to now more costly repairs. Thanks Guys.
