It was the best service I have ever received from start to finish. Beginning with customer service to making an appointment to receiving a phone call before tech arrived to the professional work, simply excellent. The tech Jean François was punctual, knowledgeable, and did a masterful job while explaining everything from A to Z as well as my questions. 5 stars.

They arrived on time, were thorough and checked all the different AC related components in the house. They were able to identify the problem (burnt out part) and replace it on the spot. They made sure the system was working properly before leaving. Quality work overall.

Overall I had a positive experience with my first AC installation.The timing was perfect, the sales process was easy, and the guys that did the installation were super friendly and did a clean installation.However, it's not a perfect experience for the following reasons:1. I was upsold the more expensive model because I was told that it would fit on the hallway and that the installer would make the necessary changes for a clean installation which made me purchase the item that cost $1000 more but in the end, this was not done, and instead, the AC was installed in the living room. I could have saved that extra $1000 if I was told explicitly that it is possible theoretically, BUT the installers won't probably do it because it's too much of a hassle.2. The job was near perfect, but the installer left my tenant with to huge holes on the walls that I have to patch up...Besides the two points above, I still recommend them, but be sure to ask if the installer can install it at the prime location that you want.

Derek is very professional and very nice guy. He was able to identify the issue quickly and fixed it. He also checked other components to make sure no issue there. I recommand his service.

Perfect customer experience, starting with a great shopping/buying experience (thanks to Martin who was very professional and prompt in responding to any questions we had) up to the installation, and including as well their after sale customer service. Martin understood well our needs and took time to answer our questions. They gave us an installation date and everything went as expected. The techs arrived right on time and were friendly. All documents were sent to us by email and in the covid context it was easy to do business with them. Everything was right, no surprised. I strongly recommend! A few months after, we called for a teck to check our equipment. Derek was very friendly, professional, and provided excellent advices. Thanks!

I used this company to repair an older AC 'split' unit, which had completely stopped working. I chose them because they are one of the few if not the only company that services the Comfor-Aire brand.Arranging the appt for the service call was easy although wait time was over 2 weeks, understanding that this was end of June and a busy time.Confirmation of the appt was done by email with great details, indicating the window of time the service repair would be done. They missed that window by more than an hour but once arrived the technician quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue.My only disappointment with this company is that they do not offer any service plans with inspections and at least one service call included. Otherwise, it was a very good experience and I would use them again.

We have a wall mounted air conditioning system that broke down. I contacted Tran Climatisation and within a week we had a technician at our place. Turned out we needed a new motor and circuit board, which they ordered for us and then installed. The service was great, from the moment I put in the service request to the work done by the technician.He was really amazing, did everything he could to fix the issue before confirming we needed a new motor. They also provided some quotes for a new system installation, but they did not push it on us like some other companies might do. We decided to go the repair route for now and they did an excellent job. We also asked the technician to perform a thorough cleaning of our machines and it seems they run like new again even though they are 15 years old. When we do change our system in a few years, we will definitely contact Tran Climatisation again.

Great experience, Derek showed up the same day and quickly figured out th issue. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, very happy with the service and the result. He even gave me some tips for future maintenance which was really appreciated.

They will not replace a part easily obtainable - they'll say the entire unit needs replacement. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF.

An appointment for the air conditioning unit installation was set weeks in advance.We put the day aside and completely cleared out two closets for the installer to drillholes and install cables.On the day itself, the electrician came at the scheduled time and did a good job. Hecalled the installer who was apparently on another job. There was no communicationwith us from Tran Climatisation. We were asked to make an appointment for thefollowing Saturday.The installers called on Saturday and said they would be arriving late. I had sent thecompany an email with explicit directions about accessing our condo by the back entrance,leading directly into the kitchen, where the unit was to be installed. That information wasnot relayed to the installers who wanted to enter with their equipment and heavy bootsthrough our living area.They did a good job as well, and it was quicker than we expected. But the lack ofcommunication between the company and its installers as to where holesshould be drilled, and the path of the cables, was concerning.We placed our order in early April, were promised delivery in mid June and onlyhad our installation on June 30th for wiring, and July 3rd for installation. We hadto live through some very warm days in between.Despite everything, the unit was properly installed, works well and is very silent.
