I left an urgent message on a Sunday night for a broken garage door (for my Dad who is a senior) and I received a call at 9:00 the next morning. They were able to come and fix my Dad’s garage door the very next day. They were early, quick and followed the covid protocols. The price was very reasonable as well. The door works better then it ever has! Awesome service!

Amazing service, called for service, a half hour later they were here, an hour later all repaired, had the parts needed on truck, If there were more stars they would get them all.

Fully equipped service van and two men showed up at my door right on time. They quickly diagnosed my problem door and had it purring in no time.Then they took on my other two doors and had them running better than new. Highly recommend Terry Overhead Door price was reasonable.

Had an issue with my garage door hitting the bottom and bouncing back up and then travelling too far back when going up. I tried adjusting the limit screws but nothing I did seemed to work. Having used Terry Overhead Door in the past, I emailed them on Saturday afternoon and had a response within the hour saying they could be there on Monday. Very fair price and were able to have my door up and running in under 30 minutes. Turned out to be a broken limit wire. I won’t call anyone else after having two amazing experiences with them. Highly recommend.

Great company to deal with and same day service! My openers sprocket and gears gave up after 17 years so I called TOD looking for parts to make repairs myself. I was surprised when they said price for repair or replacement was the same and parts alone were not much less. Needless to say repairing myself was not worth it so I went to purchase a new unit and now have a silent belt driven model installed same day by TOD! Give them a call for your next door repair, you will not regret it!

Amazing service. Chose them because of great reviews and did not disappoint. Price was amazing, quality of repair and customer service was incredible. We had questions which they answered honestly and professional. Almost hope garage door breaks again so we can work with them (lol).

We have been using the excellent service from Terry Overhead Door for our residence for a few years now. Approximately 3 call-outs for our aging door openers. Always the very best.

I initially called your business a few years back to fix the locking mechanism of my garage door that had become loose over time. Within six months, the door handle became loose again. I notified you and the rep came to visit.The rep made some adjustments and said if it gets loose any more that i should let him know. The handle became loose again and he said it would need a entirely new handle and lock. He came back just recently and installed the handle incorrectly (with a vertical orientation). When I asked him about it, he said that's the way this lock installs.I consider myself a fair reviewer but unfortunately, this experience hasn't been the best and has been ongoing. I know you folks work very hard but if you can see it from my perspective, it hasn't been well.

We had a torsion spring break, I called Terry Overhead Door and within two hours we had someone come by and fix it.They showed up earlier than our schedule time and we’re very quick in replacing the torsion spring. I would recommend this company for any residential garage door repairs.
