I have changed my review and apologized for my 1 star to the store owner. We spoke and you couldn't find a better manager to deal with . He is willing to do whatever it takes to fix the problem I have, as am I..I should have called Rob first. I have now given 5 stars and I also ask people to purchase from this store as they are top in my book. They aim to satisfy.

Huge thanks to Rob and Dean , got my kitchen , back entrance and bathroom done in just a day and a halfand got me in 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done. Would highly recommend there work and customer service.

From the moment we started looking at the reno needs for flooring of our old basement staff were helpful and provided helpful insights. Took their time with all the options and once we settled on flooring it was the easiest part of the entire reno. All the staff are courteous and helpful from front showroom to installers. They were able to work around reno challenges and time crunches. Ended up passing the bathroom work onto them as well and am so happy with the results!! Beautiful workmanship and done quickly. Its now one of the most beautiful rooms in the house and definitely my favourite. Dave was helpful and responsive to every question I had along the way. Finally found it affordable and well worth the investment...already have plans for the next big project. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Thanks!
