Alain the service tech was great. Went through in detail, what he was doing, and why. Jennifer was who brought me in over the phone, saying, of course they can help me. We ended up visiting 3 days in a row to buy things to better our rv and get more things looked at and fixed up.

Couldn't have made a better choice. From sales to service, everyone is top notch. It's a busy year and I allowed the whole day to pick up my new RV. The staff are swamped with work and I feel for them. They made sure everything was 100%. Every single person there gives 110% and we were amazed.Prices are great, service is amazing, I'd recommend getting an RV there. Much better than any other place we visited while searching for our RV...

Paid for a PDI that was never done... water heater did not work... but was never plugged in...Items B/O ...will see if we get them later... update: got 1 item. Still waiting... EDIT: AFTER 1 1/2 YEAR STILL NOT FIXED... BROUGHT IT TO TIMMINS WHO SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT... OCT.2022 TO NOW..6 MONTHS LATER STILL NOT DONE... AVOID THIS PALCE AT ALL COST!!!!
